Trek 12 Days Manaslu Circuit Trek

Amazing trek to Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley

An incredible experience. Mr Madan helped us organize everything in advance in a very clear and professional way. Permits were obtained, we were introduced to the guide and the pricing was competitive and it was clear what we payed for and that the price was fair. We set off with our guide Mr Resham on a trek of 18 days. I traveled together with a Vietnamese friend. We both were fit and able to do parts of the trek faster then planned, which allowed us to visit a Tibetan cultural village up the valley from Chumling which was amazing. Overall, we were flexible in our itinerary which was great. When we proposed to spend a night in a monastery in the Tsum valley, this was no problem, although this meant a bad night sleep, also for Resham. In general, Resham is an extremely kind guy who listened to our requests perfectly for which I’m very thankful. Resham is an amazing guide who takes time to explain things, is always there to help no matter what and is flexible to your demands. We told him we would prefer to stay a night in a more quite and less touristy village and he arranged it, as he knows the region very well. I had some issues with the altitude the day prior to the day we passed the pass. He handled this very relaxed, professionally, told me what to do and how to think, and that everything will be ok. In case it was required when something happened, we had one day of flexibility in our itinerary, but we finished the trek one day earlier. Very professional and important to keep this space, just in case. After I finished the Manaslu circuit I already booked tickets to Lukla with Touch The Himalaya to depart in one week. I however didn’t feel like doing that anymore as my body felt a bit weak from traveling for 8 months straight. I called Madan and he cancelled the tickets for me without any problems. A beautiful experience!!! I will definitely do it again if I have the chance!! Thank you!!!

A group of 4 of us went on a pilgrimage tour to Kathmandu and Tibet for Kailash Yatra from 3rd - 16th June 2025.The organiser, Touch the Himalaya Expedition & Trek Pvt Ltd, Nepal planned the whole journey very well and the cost was cheaper compared to the other organisers. We definitely recommend this company for those planning to visit various destinations in Nepal and the Kailash Yatra in Tibet.

I recently completed a 7-day Lower Manaslu Trek with my 10-year-old brother, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.

I recently completed a 7-day Lower Manaslu Trek with my 10-year-old brother, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The trek was organized from Kathmandu by Touch The Himalaya, and we were guided by Moti from Manaslu Guides Nepal, who picked us up in Arkhet Bazaar. Unlike the regular Manaslu Circuit, we followed a completely different and less-traveled route, which gave us a deeper glimpse into the authentic countryside and culture of Nepal. On the first night, we stayed at Moti’s home in the charming village of Lapudanda, where we spent two nights. This gave us the unique opportunity to experience the warm hospitality, culture, and daily life of a typical Nepali village. From Lapudanda, we trekked through beautiful and peaceful trails, passing through Yarsha Village, Kasigaun, and Kerauja. These upper-route villages offered stunning views and meaningful interactions with local people. After reaching Kerauja, we briefly joined the main Manaslu trail but stayed outside the restricted zone, which meant we didn’t need special permits. For our return, we took a different scenic trail through the iconic villages of Laprak and Barpak—both rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage. This trek far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect blend of nature, culture, and local life, and it was especially suitable for families or those looking for an off-the-beaten-path adventure. I highly recommend the Lower Manaslu Trek to anyone who wants to see the real Nepal. Choosing a company like Touch The Himalaya, which works with native guides like Moti from the Manaslu region, made all the difference.

Wonderful Annapurna circuit trek with Divash

Hello. My name is Fumioki Hirano; I am an 80-year-old Japanese man. I am currently trekking the Annapurna Circuit, and today I am in the Manang Valley. I am trekking with the company "Touch The Himalaya," accompanied by my guide, Divash Bhatta. This is my ninth day on the trek, and I would like to share my experience with you. On the first day, October 7th, I arrived in Besisahar from Kathmandu by tourist bus and stayed overnight. From that very first day, Divash Bhatta has cared for me and shown me affection beyond words. To me, he is not merely a guide; he is a reliable driver and a trusted companion. Every day before we set out, he checks my blood pressure, blood sugar levels, oxygen saturation, and pulse rate; only then do we begin our journey. Furthermore, Divash prepares all the healthy meals I enjoy—breakfast, lunch, tea, and coffee. Divash Bhatta is more than just a trekking guide; he is like a trustworthy Nepali son to me. I am deeply touched by the way he looks after me and devotes himself to my well-being, just as a son would for his own father. The service, respect, affection, and kindness he shows to this elderly Japanese man sometimes bring tears of joy to my eyes. I constantly offer my heartfelt blessings to Divash my Nepali guide, my attendant, and a wise, good-hearted son—and pray for his bright future. If you are planning a trek, hiring a guide like Divash would be a stroke of great fortune for you. He is not only a skilled trekking guide but also a wise careful man knowledgeable in many areas. I have been truly impressed by Divash’s work on this trek. I would like to express my gratitude once again to Mr. Divash Bhatta .
