Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Check Into hotel.
- Airport pick up and hotel transfer
- Rest of the day is free at leisure
- Overnight stay at your hotel in Kathmandu
You will be warmly welcomed at the airport by our office representative and then you will transfered to hotel.
Day 2: Trek preparation and Kathmandu Sightseeing.
- Hotel breakfast
- Pick up by our team and head to our office for your trek briefing and preparation
- Afternoon sightseeing in Kathmandu
- Kathmandu Durbar Square
- Swayambunath Monkey Temple
- Drop of at your hotel
- Overnight in Kathmandu
Our staff will give brief explanation about the program . you will visit cultural heritages, which includes some of the famous world heritages sites like, Swyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square....
Day 3: Kathmandu-Lukla-Phagding (2,544m/8,344ft)
Kathmandu (1,334m) fly 136km in 30 minutes to Lukla (2,865m / 9,397ft) and then trek 8km in 3hours to Phakding (2,544m/8,344ft). Difference in elevation: +1531m
Arrived at Tenzing Hillary Airport, Lukla and adjourned to some hotels for tea for a while the guide manages porters divide the baggage to be carried by them. Then Start trek towards Phakding. Stop for Lunch in between somewhere and continued trekking towards Phakding.
EBC trek start with the 45 min/136km scenic flight from Kathmandu to the tiny airstrip at Lukla. You will have time to stroll around while the guide sort and divide the load baggage to be carried by porters. Then you will have easy 3hr walk to Phakding village for the overnight stop, trekking through Cheplung (2,700m), Thado Koshi and Ghat (2,590m) villages. And the rest of the time in Phakding you will visit around the village for local cultural experience. Phakding is a small charming place with some comfortable lodges.
Day 4: Phakding trek to Namche Bazaar (3,445m/11,299ft)

After Breakfast at Fagding. This second day to EBC you will continue up the banks of the Dudh Koshi River, crossing it twice by small suspension bridges. The busy trail follows Dudh Koshi River and reaches Zamphuti where you can observe the beautiful view of Thamserku Peak then continued to Chomoa. will continued your trek and climb to Monjo 2,850m the entry point of Sagarmatha National Park, From there you will enter into the National Park. The trek continues to Jorsale where you will start your ascent to Namche Bazaar after crossing the large suspension bridge. Along the way you could get the first proper glimpse of Mt. Everest and other surrounding peaks. After half an hour walking You will Arrive at Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is a prosperous trading town and the capital of the Khumbu Region, which is known as the gateway to Everest and has some modern facilities including some very good lodges, several monasteries, shops, bakeries, an army camp, Sagarmatha National Park quarter, museum etc.
Day 5: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazar.
Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar (3,445m).
This day after breakfast you can do some hike to acclimatize your body there is several option for day hiking, you can hike 1.6km up the hill behind Namche Bazaar then after you are at the top of the hill overlooking Everest View Point Hotel. You can visit the Sagarmatha National Park Museum a great place to learn Sherpa culture and history of mountaineering. And you can spent your day in Namche Bazaar resting and allowing your bodies to become acclimatized to the altitude of (3,612m/11,283ft). then after you can walked around the shopping market and the surrounding areas.
Day 6: Namche Bazaar Trek to Tengboche (3,867m/12684ft) 6hrs

Today after breakfast you will start your trek with pleasant walk through the forest with magnificent view of mountains. The great view of the mighty peaks of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kwangde peak with view of the eastern snow-capped mountains. Cross another high bridge at the village of Phunki Tenga, where you can also stop for lunch.
The trail leads uphill through the forested path to get to Tengboche. One of the most beautiful places in the Himalaya and the first thing that comes to your eye is the site of the largest gompa (Buddhist monastery) in the region, then the large field with campsites and tea-houses, lodges beneath the towering majestic beautiful peak Ama Dablam. Stay overnight in Tengboche.
Day 7: Tengboche (3,867m) trek to Dingboche (4,412m/14,471ft). 5.5 hrs.
Tengboche (3,867m) trek 10km to Dingboche (4,412m/14,471ft). Walking time: 5.5 hrs. Difference in elevation: +545m.
The trail from Tengboche leads first half an hour down to Deboche then walking through the rhododendron forest and crossing a bridge over the raging Imja Khol River. Hug the valley wall, and then traverse the plains to Dingboche, the start of the Imja Tse Valley. Dingboche is also the gateway to Chukung and farther beyond for the most challenging traverses towards Makalu area and Hinko Valley via Sherpani col 6,100m and Amphu Laptsa pass 5,780m. overnight stay in Dingboche.
Day 8: Another Acclimatization day at Dingboche.
This is another good rest day before the last leg of the journey to EBC. As for acclimatization you can day hike up the hill overlooking the Chhukung Valley on the right and Pheriche Valley on the left, to a height of 4,650m which takes about 2-3 hours before walking back to your Lodge for a good day rest and night sleep.
Towards the east is the Imjatse Valley, although the trek is gradual, however you can feel the thin air as the altitude gains slowly going towards Chhukung. There you will have breath-taking view of the snow-capped peaks and glaciers.
Day 9: Dingboche trek to Lobuche (4,931m / 16,174 ft). 5-6 hrs.

The steep trail ascends to the terminal moraine of the Khumbu glacier. You will pass through the memorial area of Chukpilhara before reaching Lobuche. In Lobuche, the sunset on Mt. Nuptse is particularly spectacular. Above the huts looms the famous Lhotse Ridge. This is another beautiful day of your trek, overnight in lodge in Loabuche.
Day 10: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,160m / 16,925ft) & trek to EBC (5,364m / 17,595ft)6 hrs.

After breakfast in Lobuche, you will start your trek to Gorekshep in a windy and rocky path with the wonderful view of Mt. Pumori, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Everest and other magnificent peaks. Arrive Gorakshep, after check in at lodge, you can have lunch there, put your stuffs there and you can continue your adventure towards Everest Base Camp and to the Khumbu Ice-fall. The trail passes through over rocky dunes and moraine and streams, till you will reach the base camp.
In Everest Base Camp the climbers gather for summiting Everest during the high expedition season. You will explore Everest base camp which is full of white rocks and snow, you can touch the glacier too. Everest base camp is a kind of valley with beautiful views of world biggest khumbu glacier too.
Day 11: GorakShep Kala Pattar (5,550m/18,204ft) Pangboche. 7/8 Hours.
Gorak Shep early morning 1.2km hike to Kala Pattar (5,550m/18,204ft) Difference in elevation: +390m, then trek back to Dingboche.
This day you gonna start early morning, the 1.2km hike up to Kala Pattar also known as the Black Hill or Black Rock for the most wonderful sunrise views of the Everest region. Most of the trekkers they hike to the same way, you can see a steady stream of hikers with their headlamps turned on going up the hill. It take about 2-3 hours to reach the hill top. Nevertheless, this small hill offers us the best view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Pumori and Ama Dablam along with the entire mountain views of Khumbu Himalayan range. We then hike down to Gorakshep for breakfast. After breakfast you will check out of your room in Gorakshep and continue decend to Pangboche. which take about 8 hourse hiking
Day 12: Pangboche Trek to Namche Bazar 6 hours.
After seeing the magnificent view from Tengboche on the way down from Pangboche, you will descent down to kyangjuma through Tengboche, and then on another few hours to Namche, where you will stay for a night of celebrations.
Day 13: Trek down from Namche to Lukla 6 Hours.
This days is the final descent into Lukla (2860m). On the way, you will trek through the forest of rhododendrons and pine until reaching the Sherpa village. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to say a final goodbye and thanks to the local team staff before moving on to Lukla.
Day 14: Fly out from Lukla to Kathmandu
This is the last day in mountain as you fly back to Kathmandu after the incredible mountain journey. Back in Kathmandu, you can spend some time reflecting on the trek and doing last-minute souvenir shop in Thamel. Relax and enjoy meet up for some beers and dinner in the evening to celebrate a successful completion of the trek.
Day 15: Departure Flight Back to Say Goodbye and good and safe journey
